awesome chinese noodle spot!! ordered the stew beef noodle soup and omg it was soo good! the noodles were perfectly cooked and the broth was super tasty and flavourful the service was good too and the interior was super clean and cozy

This place has the MOST AMAZING SOUP. Wonton bowl is so freaking good, we drive across the entire city just to get it!! Really nice employees, place is always clean. My only gripe, and its hardly worth mentioning at all, is that I have a very very hard time communicating with the staff who both have a hard time understanding me, and I have a nearly impossible time understanding them. They read my order back to me but I have no idea what they said, and I've asked questions where they clearly didn't understand. Otherwise, lovely people, lovely place, will eat here for ever.

A modern noodle house that offers noodles, soup, and wontons that you will crave for days after eating here. Add the pickled radish, and you have a really nice contrasting flavor your taste buds will savor. We ate and then ordered more for later. Leave a comment if you do the same. The broth is amazing. Wheat noodles all the way for me. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did!

EXPERIENCE 5/5 Owner and staff are super friendly, very helpful to answering all the questions I had. Atmosphere is spacious and vibrant, the first thing I noticed was the simple interior design they had using white, grey, black and red to balance the restaurant, eye pleasing. I've never had chinese noodle soup before so I wasn't too sure what to expect. I ordered the #1 Beef Wheat Noodle Bowl at level 3 spicy (default) you can choose your level of spiciness. spicy isn't my thing but it was the right amount of kick that you want. Usually with soup I look for a deep and rich flavor but with the chili oil and broth made it so it was light and subtle, something I'm not used to but it worked! The price matches the portion amount you get; with some veggies and some pieces of beef. The beef isn't your typical chewy texture more so firm and bold which I seemed to enjoy a little too much. Looking forward to coming back here to compare with the other soups! Great place to go during the winter!

Oil Splashing Noodle is amazing!!! There is absolutely no other restaurant in Winnipeg that can make this taste! As soon as I entered, I knew that this restaurant had high standards for serving, and the atmosphere was also very good. The staff were very friendly and polite. If it was your first time coming, they would give you a points card. After you had eaten six times, you would receive a free meal, which was simply amazing! I will come back often!

So far my fave Chinese noodle store in Winnipeg! The open kitchen always looks clean and organized when we visit, the prices are fair, and most importantly the noodles are really tasty! PS: if ur love spicy food pls try their chili oil :D

We absolutely love Alfy’s! They have the best chili wontons in the city and their beef noodle soup is to die for. The staff is great! They really go above and beyond for their customers. The restaurant has a great chill atmosphere but we also often order in.

I am a loyal customer of Alfy's Noodle and I love the food at this restaurant very much. The ingredients are very fresh, and I can see the entire process of preparation. The cooking environment is very clean, which makes me feel at ease! I usually choose to eat at a restaurant because freshly prepared food is usually more delicious. Today's weather is not good, so I ordered takeout. To my surprise, the quality is as good as eating in a restaurant! I highly recommend everyone to try this restaurant!
